Junmai sake is aged in sherry casks imported from Spain. This challenge is started for serving at whiskey bar. The deep, sweet aroma of sherry, reminiscent of wooden casks, and the full-bodied flavor of Junmai sake were in perfect balance, creating a new kind of sake.
