Kazenomori Tsuyuhakaze Junmai

The rice is polished to 80%, so it is quite voluminous. It has a full and round taste like pineapple compote, but thanks to the beautiful acidity and slight bubbles typical of Kazenomori, it does not seem sweet or high in alcohol content.
